We have wellness sessions every Wednesday and Saturday from 9 to 11am, starting at 9am Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Tune in with us live every Wednesday and Saturday at 9 am for our livestream sessions – participation is encouraged but completely optional. Can't make it live? No worries! You'll have access to the recordings for a full 12 months after each session. Our practice began on December 13th and will continue until January 3rd.

Different yogic techniques are bound to have different psycho-physiological effects on each and every cell of the human body.

My journey into the realms of yoga and mindfulness spans six dedicated years, culminating in the achievement of my yoga teacher certification in 2020. Professionally, I've been immersed in the wellness sector since 2013, specializing in skin care and overall well-being. Beyond my pursuits in yoga, I am also an avid CrossFit athlete.

I started my wellness journey because I had trouble sleeping and felt low. Yoga became my main source of support during this difficult period, helping me heal and transform. It guided me through feelings of sadness, worry, and depression. Through this process, I not only found comfort but also inner peace and stability. Now, I use my own personal and professional expertise to assist others on their own transformative paths. I share the knowledge I've acquired to empower individuals to overcome obstacles and live meaningful lives.

I believe that wellness is an ongoing journey of self-discovery and self-care. I teach people to be mindful and kind to themselves, knowing that well-being includes physical, mental, and emotional balance. With my knowledge and compassion, I create a safe space for individuals to explore their potential, overcome limitations, and find empowerment. Whether through yoga or meditation, I am dedicated to helping others achieve vibrant health and well-being.As I continue to deepen my own understanding of yoga and mindfulness, I am inspired by the limitless capacity we all have to heal, grow, and thrive.
