Check-In
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to check in and fill out a Spa Bethlehem Lebneh Confidential Client Profile Card.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for next client.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify 24 hours before your reservation. For spa packages, group reservations or multiple-service bookings, please notify 48 hours prior to your appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged for a late cancellation. Failure to cancel a reservation will result in a full charge of the treatment price for the missed appointment. This policy allows others to enjoy our services. You'll need a credit card at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Accommodations
For your comfort, robes will be provided during your visit. Special attention and careful draping are observed during all skin for your privacy, comfort and relaxation. Unfortunately, accommodations are not available for young children. Please maintain quiet conversations in all areas of the spa.
Cell Phone Policy
To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phone use is not permitted beyond the spa reception area.
Special Needs & Medical Conditions
Your comfort and well-being are very important. Before receiving your service, please advise about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.

Age Requirements & Children
There are specific guidelines for serving minors. In addition, in order to create a serene and relaxing environment for all clients, children must not enter the spa unless the child is receiving a service and meets the service age requirements. Must be 13 years or older.
